Collect, clean, analyze, and integrate data from multiple sources, perform quality checks, run statistical and exploratory analyses, build dashboards and reports (SSRS, Power BI), communicate insights to stakeholders, and support data governance and data management initiatives.
We are looking for a data analyst to join our team and help us transform data into insights and actions. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting on various data sources and business processes. You will also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to provide data-driven solutions and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Collect and integrate data from various sources, such as databases, APIs, files, and web services
- Perform data quality checks and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Conduct data analysis using various methods, such as descriptive statistics, exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as SSRS and Power BI
- Communicate data findings and insights to relevant stakeholders and audiences using clear and concise language and visuals
- Identify and propose data-driven solutions and improvements to business problems and processes
- Support data governance and data management initiatives and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or related field
- At least 4+ years of experience in data analysis or related role
- Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language, such as Python, R, or SAS and experience in designing, creating and testing SQL reports using SSRS
- Knowledge in Data Warehousing, Data Modelling and exposure to OLAP.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Warehousing, Transact-SQL (T-SQL), Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory & Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
