Job Details
- Supports Business Intelligence/Tableau related projects, including the creation of Tableau artifacts for proof of concept, prototyping, analytics demonstrations, and internal reporting
- Evaluates, creates and delivers on data and reporting needs for enterprise stakeholders and projects, ensuring data integrity and analytical insights
- Builds data visualizations dashboards to demonstrate key value-driving opportunities
- Builds reporting tools to assist business operational users to execute day-to-day responsibilities
- Helps to design and provide recommendations for enhanced reporting solution using business and technical knowledge
- Helps develop and implement strategies to translate business requirements and models into feasible and acceptable data warehouse designs to ensure that business needs are met
- Works with system owners and end users to define business and understand business requirements, translate them into technical solution design
- Develops standardized and sustainable approaches to trending of data that improves the Customer Experience, Operational Performance, and organization's Compliance standards
- Interfaces and coordinates with manufacturers as well as internal and external stakeholders to collect necessary agreements to ensure effective user onboarding
- Develops and updates technical documentation for all solutions provided
- Aligns reporting / data / metrics across business units/geographies
- Clarifies data inconsistencies and offers technical assistance/expertise as necessary
- Communicates and collaborates with users to analyze information needs
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
Preferred Certifications:
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification
- Tableau Certification
WORK EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in healthcare data analytics or business intelligence.
