The Journey Orchestrator will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing the customer journey across all touchpoints. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Engineering to ensure a cohesive and impactful experience for all users. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for customer-centricity, process improvement, and measurable business outcomes.
Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Hands on experience on Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Adobe Experience Manager
• Customer Journey Analytics

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in Adobe Market
