Primary Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Advanced Analytics
- Develop and present standard and advanced analytical reports using data from multiple internal and external sources
- Perform data analysis, statistical analysis, and exploratory analysis to identify trends, performance insights, and optimization opportunities
- Support complex analytical initiatives that require integration of large, multi-source datasets
- Conduct data research and ad-hoc analysis to support Healthcare Economics use cases and decision-making
- Data Engineering & ETL Operations
- Provide end-to-end support for ETL / ELT processes, including design, development, testing, and operational support
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL, and Snowflake
- Support data enrichment, cleansing, and scrubbing activities to improve data quality and analytical readiness using Python, PySpark, and AI/ML techniques
- Ensure reliability, accuracy, and maintainability of data pipelines in production environments
- Healthcare Economics & Business Support
- Partner closely with the Healthcare Economics team to support ongoing and future data infrastructure enhancements, updates, and analytical developments
- Serve as a core analytics and data resource for all data-related research and operational activities supporting the business
- Provide operational support to ensure consistent delivery of business-critical reporting and analytics.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Act as the analytics point of contact for internal stakeholders and external business partners
- Support ongoing data exchange, analysis, reporting, and interpretation of performance results with partner teams
- Translate business requirements into analytical and technical solutions, and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent (B.Tech / MCA preferred) with 3-6 years of relevant industry experience in analytics, data engineering, or related enterprise roles
- Proven hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Azure Data Factory, and Databricks for building and maintaining enterprise ETL / ELT pipelines
- Proven experience using GitHub and CI/CD practices to support collaborative development, version control, and automated deployment of data pipelines and infrastructure
- Hands-on experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including provisioning and managing cloud resources across environments
- Solid proficiency in Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing, automation, and data transformation
- Proven solid expertise in MS SQL (Fundamentals & T-SQL) and Snowflake for data analysis, transformation, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to perform data trend analysis and root-cause analysis using analytical and AI/ML techniques, including Copilot-style tools where applicable
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain analytical and technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- Proven solid ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
- Demonstrated strengths in critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, facilitation, and analytical reasoning
- Proven exposure to the healthcare domain, including Healthcare Economics or population health analytics, is preferred but not mandatory
