Job Description:

Johnson Controls is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our analytics team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes and drive business improvements.

What You Will Do:

  • Gather and process data from various sources to support business analysis and reporting.
  • Utilize statistical techniques to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement.\

What We Look For:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings to stakeholders effectively.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
