Derive meaningful insights through visualizations. Convey conclusions and drive customer decisions.
The Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business analysis, or related field.
- 4+ years of Clarity PPM experience and Workday.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and similar tools.
- Experience with ELT methodologies and tools.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy and Alteryx.
- Proficient in data analysis software and tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, Python, or R to analyze business data and provide insights.
- Excellent verbal, written, and data communication skills.
- Expert critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to troubleshoot problem areas and identify data gaps and issues.
- Ability to synthesize data from disparate sources.
- Ability to adapt to fast changing environment. Comfortable asking questions and escalating issues/concerns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in data models, advanced analytics techniques, data mining, statistical analysis.
