Summary:
As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary for the application. This role includes modeling the application s data framework, determining how data will be stored efficiently, and planning the integration of data across various systems. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data to support application functionality and scalability, ensuring that the data architecture aligns with the overall project goals and business needs. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand data flow and storage needs is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies to support business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on data requirements.
- Oversee data governance practices to maintain data quality and compliance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC).
- Experience with data modeling techniques and database design principles.
- Strong knowledge of data integration methods and tools.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data storage solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data management platforms and services.
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and metadata management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
