Job DescriptionDoka India is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Controller to support its scaffolding operations in Nagothane, Raigad, India. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and reporting of all scaffold project data within the Hi-Vis Scaffold Management System.

Please note: This role is offered as an estimated 18-month contract, with the possibility of extension depending on project status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter all scaffold project data into the Hi-Vis Scaffold Management System (per area).
- Act as the primary conduit for quantity tracking (units, material, and labor) between the Installation Contractor(s) and the CONTRACTOR / SUBCONTRACTOR.
- Enter and update all IWP (Installation Work Package) progress from Daily Progress Sheets into Hi-Vis.
- Support the Design & Planning teams to ensure timely release of IWP packages.
- Generate daily reports and dashboards to support planning activities among Installation Contractor(s).
- Track progress and identify discrepancies in project data, material usage, labor hours, and quantities.
- Coordinate with site teams to validate data accuracy and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
- Support continuous improvements in project reporting and control processes.
- Any Graduate Degree
- Industrial background is required (preferably construction, scaffolding, or EPC).
- Strong computer skills and hands-on experience with ERP or project management systems.
- Experience with data entry, reporting tools, or digital project platforms (Hi-Vis experience preferred).
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.
- Solid communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with multiple stakeholders.
