Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly defined and aligned with the future state of the business solution. You will engage in discussions to assess the current state of operations and identify areas for improvement, ultimately contributing to the development of effective strategies that enhance organizational performance and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment. - Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business requirements and proposed solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Experience in creating process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize business processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
