Project Role Description : Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role includes creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. The position also requires implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data, facilitating smooth migration and deployment across various systems. Collaboration with different teams to optimize data workflows and troubleshoot issues is an integral part of daily activities, contributing to the overall data infrastructure and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Document data processes and workflows to support knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse, Data Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and ETL process design.
- Experience with data integration and migration techniques across multiple platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data quality and performance issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing environments.
- Understanding of data governance and security best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
