The Data Operations Management Analyst role is a wonderful opportunity to work in a fast-paced work environment by onboarding, managing, analyzing, and validating the quality of data across multiple environments.

- SQL Experience in SQL Server Management Studio
- Experience analyzing and validating large volumes of data
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow data flows and procedures
- Strong problem solving and effective communication skills
- This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
We're also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we're happy to support your development in:
- Ability to work in MS Teams environment
- Familiarity with Jira fundamentals
- Knowledge of AbInitio ExpressIT
- Experience with managing & troubleshooting Web Crawlers
- Knowledge of Windows Task Scheduler jobs and Windows Services
- Familiarity with data transfer protocols using FileZilla or WinSCP
- Creative and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a team environment & collaborate closely with various teams/associates

- This role reports the Data Operations Management Team Manager
- Manage data applications across multiple platforms
- Monitor day-to-day operations and processes
- Create data flow configurations and application jobs
- Analyze data in order to identify data quality issues and application deficiencies
- Investigate issues and conduct root-cause analysis
- Create eview reports and assist in identifying the operational state of production applications
- Assist in development and expansion of various data quality programs and initiatives
- Prepare and present analysis results to business partner and stakeholders
