Data Operations Senior Associate - ESG Regulatory Reporting

As an ESG (Environmental Social & Governance) Regulatory Program manager in our Asset & Wealth Management team, you will have the opportunity to support the Solutions business across all our global client channels, including the US Private Bank, International Private Bank, and US Wealth Management. This role will challenge you with complex business scenarios, tight deadlines, and competing priorities, requiring interaction with all levels of our organization. In this role, you will promote strategic implementation and program governance, providing a unique opportunity to shape our ESG initiatives.
Job responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of program/project management to deliver sustainable investing regulatory compliance across the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management platform. They will support all activities of the program lifecycle
• Partner with colleagues that are engaged with sustainable investing regulations across the firm, in product development, marketing, operations, technology and control functions
• Improve Strategic and tactical improvements to operating model, process, staffing and technology enhancement related to the program
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, external and internal audits
• Communicate with senior business and senior Operations leadership

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise
• Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders
• Strong team player with ability to work with teams at all levels of the organization
• Excellent analytical skills, communications and presentation skills; Confident communicator with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal and written updates for all levels of the organization
• Excellent judgement, risk / control mindset
