Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and uphold robust project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Facilitate effective communication and build strong stakeholder relationships for alignment and buy-in.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly, tailoring updates to the target audience.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Define and track KPIs to measure success, conducting post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
- Design and implement data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration across systems.
- Build and maintain reports using analytics tools to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, data analytics and software development.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing technology transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- High proficiency with PowerPoint for executive level documents and Excel based model for program analytics
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools like Tableau, Alteryx.
- Knowledge and experience in Python scripting.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- A master's degree in business administration (MBA) can be advantageous.
