You will be responsible for proactive data clean-up, ongoing data operations, and supporting key sales processes, directly contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our global sales organization. Responsibilities
- Data Quality Management: Proactively monitor, cleanse, and enrich account data within Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Data Operations: Execute routine data maintenance tasks, including deduplication, standardization, account hierarchy cleanup and validation of account records.
- Case Management: Manage incoming tickets within documented Service Level Agreement (SLA) from the Field and Revenue Operations for specific Data related requests (Create, Update and Merge Accounts)
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to identify data anomalies, track data quality metrics, and provide insights to the Revenue Operations team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Systems, and other cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven solutions.
- Tool Utilization: Leverage tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Salesforce (SFDC), and Excel to perform complex data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of data definitions, processes, and data quality rules.
- Communication: Clearly communicate data insights, issues, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in a data-focused role, preferably within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical function with a focus on Customer and Contact data.
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Data Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Salesforce (SFDC) Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) data architecture, reporting, and mass data operations (e.g., Data Loader). Understanding of standard and custom objects, fields, and relationships, especially concerning Account and related objects.
- SQL Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from various databases.
- Alteryx Experience: Proven experience using Alteryx (or similar ETL/data blending tools) for data preparation, workflow automation, and data quality initiatives.
- Excel Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas, data modeling).
- Analytical Mindset: Highly structured, organized, and analytical approach to problem-solving, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proactive & Independent: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and proactively identify and resolve data issues.
- Experience with other data ops tools (e.g., Fullcast, Tableau, Looker studios).
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
