The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.

As a Data Visualization Associate Senior in the Card Data and Analytics Team, you lead dashboard development and analytical initiatives for the Slate product.
Job responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for Slate product performance monitoring and decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders, data owners, and technology partners to gather requirements and deliver impactful visualizations
- Develop and optimize complex ETL workflows using Alteryx to ensure data accuracy and availability for analytics
- Support development of scalable data products and robust data pipelines for dashboard and analytical needs
- Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests, providing timely and actionable insights to support product strategy and operations
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, sharing technical expertise and best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization, analytics, and ETL
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- Six years of professional experience in data visualization and analytics with focus on dashboard development and ETL
- Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard design and performance optimization
- Advanced experience building complex ETL workflows in Alteryx
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing junior team members
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
- Familiarity with Databricks or similar big data platforms
- Prior experience in financial services, credit cards, or consumer lending analytics
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data management
