THE ROLE 📝
This is an exciting opportunity where you will act as a key partner to a number of internal teams, whilst also leading on processes that will directly impact upon the structure and execution of Form3’s deals, on a global scale.
With previous experience working within an Enterprise Technology or SaaS Deal Desk team, you will take ownership of Form3’s end-to-end RFP processes, improving efficiencies and driving best practices across deal structuring and pricing governance to ensure optimal deal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end RFP and RFI processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Develop and implement scalable SaaS pricing models, balancing growth, profitability and customer strategies.
- Structure, review and approve complex SaaS and payment infrastructure deals, ensuring compliance with commercial, legal and regulatory policies.
- Identify and implement improvements to deal workflows, pricing automation and approval cycles in order to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with Form3’s Sales, Finance, Legal and Product teams, driving seamless deal execution and ensuring alignment with all internal and external requirements.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🔍
Essential
Form3’s Global Commercial Operations team is a critical function within the business, so we are looking for a Deal Desk Specialist who has prior experience within a similar team, focusing on RFP management, pricing strategy and deal execution.
- 5+ years’ experience working within a Deal Desk, Sales Operations or Pricing Strategy role.
- Relevant prior experience working within an SaaS or Enterprise Technology business.
- Proven experience leading complex RFP/RFI processes, particularly within regulated industries, such as FinTech or Financial Services.
- Expertise in SaaS pricing strategies, financial modelling, payment infrastructure deals and deal governance.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop data-driven pricing models and to make informed commercial recommendations.
- Proven understanding and experience of adhering to all relevant commercial and/or regulatory policies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, with experience managing Deal Desk processes within CRM tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to tailor working style and collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams.
Desirable
- Experience working within a high-growth FinTech or Payments company.
- Prior experience working within a newly established function, with a track record of building out processes and best practices from the ground up.
THE TEAM 👥
This role sits within Form3’s newly established Global Commercial Operations team and reports directly into the Head of Global Business Operations. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in driving Form3’s commercial strategy, optimising our processes to ensure that we can scale effectively.
This role offers the opportunity to join the team at an early stage, allowing you to influence how we design our Deal Desk function, processes and ways of working. By optimising deal execution, pricing strategy and commercial processes, the Global Commercial Operations team plays a fundamental role in driving Form3’s success.
