ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
Discovery - Medical & Scientific Expertise Center
We help clients reinvent pharma discovery, elucidate disease biology, innovate novel therapeutics and accelerate drug development to create breakthrough science and increase the probability of R&D success and patient outcomes. We're passionate about accelerating transformation in research and early development so clients can build capabilities in programmable biology across therapeutic modalities. Our integrated approach is multidisciplinary and led by science.
What You'll Do

• Engaging with clients and ZS teams to comprehend and articulate scientific questions, translating them into actionable insights and analyses.
• Applying a scientific mindset to identify and test hypotheses, drawing on extensive experience in wet lab experimentation and protocol development.
• Utilizing in-depth knowledge of data, systems, process flows, and procedures to provide analyses and recommendations on client projects.
• Demonstrating a profound understanding of the drug discovery process, pre-clinical studies, animal models, and related areas.
• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in technology projects focused on scientific research, data analysis, and computational biology.
• Contributing to the development of tools and platforms that confer sustained competitive advantage to ZS in scientific consulting and research studies.
• Collaborating with technology team in building research platforms, research data models, and data lakes.
• Synthesizing findings, formulating recommendations, and effectively communicating results to clients and internal teams.
• Fluency in English with a client-first mentality
• Intense work ethic which requires collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach
• Guide and mentor Associates on teams.

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
