The Impact of a Demo Support Associate to Coupa
The Demo Support Analyst is part of the Demo Operations Team, enabling Coupa teams deliver the availability of Coupa Demo product to Education Services, Partner and Employees stakeholders. This role ensures that our demo environments are configured with the necessary data and functionality to showcase Coupa’s latest products and features in our triannual release cycle.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent time management skills who can prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. This individual must communicate effectively with colleagues across various functional groups, including Education Services, Partner and Employees, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations. A passion for learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement is essential
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the Global Demo Services Team to manage demo content and meet strict release deadlines.
- Become an expert in Coupa’s products and assist Education Services, Partner and Employees in optimizing their personal demos for customer presentations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of demo environments.
- Provide ongoing support for Education Services, Partner and Employees to ensure demo product availability success.
- Partner with Product Teams and Operations to maintain high-quality, reliable demo instances.
What you will bring to Coupa:
- 1-3 years of experience in a support, sales operations, technical account management, pre-sales support, or implementation role.
- Experience implementing, training, or supporting B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, preferably in the FinTech space (ERP, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Sourcing).
- Strong professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of creating impactful documentation, sales collateral, or instructional materials, including presentations and online training.
- Experience configuring software for demonstrations is a plus.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Familiarity with Coupa, Ariba, iValua, or ERP software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
