End-to-End family (E2E) comprises the support of customers across different Business Units/Business Groups as needed, in line with contractual service agreements and internal Nokia stakeholders in pre- and post-sales activities with technical and non-technical topics. Ensures readiness of service delivery and covers the provision of recommendations to product houses on design for serviceability aspects. Manage the end-to-end deployment, maintenance, and support of critical infrastructure and applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring system stability, performance, and operational excellence through meticulous deployment activities, advanced troubleshooting, and proactive monitoring.
Responsibilities- Collaborate on and execute deployment, upgrade, patching, Proof of Concept (POC), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities within LAB environments.
- Provide L3-level technical support, resolving complex incidents and problems within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Administer and maintain virtualized environments (VMware), Linux, and Windows operating systems.
- Support and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Virtual Machines (VMs), storage accounts, and networking components.
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams for advanced issue resolution and prepare comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for critical incidents.
- Deploy and troubleshoot applications within Kubernetes environments or other cloud deployment platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Configure and manage network components, including TCP/IP, firewall rules, and enterprise-grade routers (Cisco/Juniper).
- Perform end-to-end integration and management of monitoring solutions such as Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, or other relevant tools.
- Develop and maintain scripts using Python, Perl, or shell scripting to automate routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to ITIL processes, particularly in Change Management, Incident Management, and the overall ticket lifecycle, Administer ODOO and create use cases to optimize its functionality.
Must have:
- Graduate degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience. Proven experience in VMware, Linux, and Windows administration and maintenance.
- Strong experience supporting Azure/AWS cloud platforms, including VMs, storage, and networking.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes application deployment and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in networking concepts: TCP/IP, firewall configuration, and router management (Cisco/Juniper).
- Experience with monitoring solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix), Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, or shell scripts).
- Experience in ODOO administration and use case creation.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with ITIL processes (Change Management, Incident Management, Ticket Lifecycle).
