Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment strategy that encompasses planning work schedules, managing budgets, and allocating resources effectively. The role requires close collaboration with various project teams to synchronize activities, address interdependencies, and maintain alignment across all deployment efforts. Continuous monitoring and controlling of progress against the deployment plan are essential to ensure successful implementation. Additionally, the Deployment Lead oversees training initiatives and pilot programs to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless integration of deployment activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment processes and outcomes.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- Strong expertise in managing deployment plans including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to manage interdependencies and align deployment activities.
- Experience in monitoring project metrics and controlling progress to meet deployment objectives.
- Skilled in facilitating training sessions and pilot programs to support deployment adoption.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide solutions that impact multiple teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
