Job Responsibilities:
Business Capability
  • Be accountable for the ongoing retention and development of the organization's key staff. The scope of this responsibility will include:
  • Recognition and reward strategy
  • Remuneration and benefits
  • Competency development activities throughout the business

Talent Acquisition: -
  • Champion & lead the Talent Acquisition aligned with Workforce Planning.
  • Directs the Talent Acquisition process, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Promote & encourage internal talent by floating Internal Job Postings.
  • Promote & encourage Employee Referral.
  • Portray Talent Attraction to Brand Magna Seating as preferred Employer of Choice.
  • Ensure & monitor the cost optimization for contract hiring / deputation.
  • Ensure strong HR database which should potentially enable prompt sourcing & closing of open position.

Learning & Development: -
  • Review the monthly training priorities with Managers.
  • Prepare the Monthly Training Calendar aligned with the Individual Training Matrix & monthly training priorities.
  • Schedule Training, Training Attendance Tracking, Training Feedback & Training Effectiveness.
  • Preparing & tracking training records for all employees.

HR MIS:-
  • Oversees the analysis, maintenance and communication of information as required by law or other departments in the organization. Keeps records as appropriate on, such as salary and benefit plan administration personnel transactions and employee statistics. Ensures the proper maintenance of employment files.

Compliances: -
  • Ensuring adherence to all the Statutory & Legal requirements (EPF, PT, LWF, FORM-16 etc.)

HR Process Automation & Continuous Improvement: -
  • Champion & Lead DPDPA Initiatives.
  • Champion HR Process Automation (Digitization)
  • Lead HR Continuous Improvement Initiatives
  • Act as custodian for organization capability, specifically in relation to structures and skills moving forward.
  • Liaise with other site and Corporate Magna facilities on HR projects and issues

Qualification, Experience & Skills and Competencies:
(Min & Max, industry)
Minimum 9-11 years directly related experience in an HR generalist capacity including staffing, training and development, HR programs/policy development, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations and management consultation.
Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentations. Ability to manage employee communications.
Masters / Bachelor's degree specialization in Human Resources
