The Brand Experience (BEx) platform powers Spreetail’s most strategic vendor initiative, transforming operational data into actionable insight. As Design Lead, you will own the UX and visual direction of BEx, simplifying complex workflows and driving intuitive engagement for hundreds of vendor partners. This is a cross-functional leadership role with high visibility, real business impact, and room to shape a best-in-class platform experience from the ground up.
How you will achieve success:
- Define and lead UX vision for the BEx portal, with a focus on usability, clarity, and engagement.
- Design dashboards, workflows, and visualizations that make complex data actionable.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and iterate quickly.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics for seamless delivery from wireframe to release.
- Drive a user-first design culture and advocate for vendor-centric thinking across the team.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 6–10 years in product or UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex B2B platforms or data dashboards
- Fluency with Figma, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Bonus: Experience with analytics tools, enterprise platforms, or AI-integrated products
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup:
- Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
- A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable, or fiber wired internet service with a 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
- PC Headset
- A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
