Performance & Optimization Senior Specialist, lead activity related to data analysis, problem identification and solution proposal of a radio network. He / she leads optimization activity in terms of Radio coverage, capacity, performance analyses with counters/ KPIs and other metrics. He/ she provides expert opinion on parameters fine-tuning, feature introduction and other optimization related recommendations. He/She should be able to correlate the device logs, understanding of protocol stacks to ensure end to end performance assurance.
Responsibilities- 5G & 4G Optimization experience covering cmWave ,mmWave Optimization; VONR, NSA, SA, VoLTE, mMIMO, Multilayer mobility and load balancing
- Will be responsible for RF principle and fundamentals of 4G and 5G
- Will perform RAN algorithm, parameters, performance counters, network KPI, signaling flow and protocol in 4G and 5G Nokia Product
- Accountability to drive quality and costs efficiency. Result oriented with focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong team player, self-motivated and possesses strong commitment to excel.

- Experience and knowledge on E2E mobile network (RAN and Core) network planning, performance and optimization is an added advantage.
You have:
Looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree in B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent in a relevant field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Radio Network Performance and Optimisation, with a strong technical background.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in 5G technology and 7 years in 4G, with a deep understanding of network KPIs and optimisation techniques.
Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues and delivering performance improvements across multi-technology radio networks.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Good to have knowledge in database programming and big data analytics.
- Strong programming skills are desirable for advanced data processing and analysis.
- Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, and C++ is an added advantage.
- Ability to leverage data tools for network performance insights and automation is a plus.
