Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent
15+ years of experience in Java/SQL/Framework development
Strong experience in data modelling.
Strong experience in MS PowerApps, Power Automate, MS Lists
Experience with tech design, building integration pipelines and automation flows
Experience in AI/ML. Experience in cloud services like AWS, GCP, Azure is a plus.
Experience working within common delivery methodologies (e.g. agile and/or waterfall).
Good problem solving and business acumen.
Effective communication skills, ability to simplify and structure complex problems.
