- Implementing and optimizing processes, tools, and methodologies throughout the software development life cycle
- Working to optimize the development process and bridge the gap between software development, engineering, and management
- Building continuous integration, continuous development, and deployment pipelines for continuous improvement
- Encouraging the creation of automated processes to streamline development and deployment
- Improving communication and collaboration between development and operations teams
- Monitoring application performance and proactively addressing operational issues
