We are seeking a dynamic DevOps Engineer to support R&D Software teams within the Sports Medicine Division. The role will develop and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and support containerization efforts through Docker and Kubernetes configurations.
- Develop and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Support containerization efforts using Docker and Kubernetes configurations.
- Participate in the implementation of security best practices.
- Help configure, monitor, and maintain system performance using observability tools.
- Contributes to version control, build, and release management processes.
- Support compliance and documentation activities for medical device software regulations.
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn, apply, and improve DevOps practices.
- Contribute across the full product lifecycle, including support for products released to market.
- Education: BS in Software Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent required. MS or PhD in Software Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
- Licenses/ Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Kubernetes certification preferred.
- Experience: Should have a min 1 – 2 years of relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE
Competences: (must have)
- Fundamental understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration.
- Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch)
- Understanding of containerization concepts
- Fundamental scripting skills (Bash, Python)
