What you can expect
You will be deploying and operating full-stack, middleware, and other cloud-native applications for Zoom’s IT organization. You will design and maintain scalable, reliable, and highly available cloud infrastructure. You will implement best practices for CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), logging, monitoring, and automation.
About the Team

What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or DevOps Engineer
Show relevant experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, ECS, and EKS
Have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Have experience with load balancing, proxy servers, VPC setup, DNS, and public/private networking
Have experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Have experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and logging and monitoring tools
Be able to participate in incident management and handle application release and deployment activities
Demonstrate experience scaling and maintaining relational and NoSQL databases, including partitioning and sharding
