- Ownership and managing the DevOps pipeline in internal and customer environments
- R&D in DevSecOps related areas
- Automation and Optimization
- Cost and Resource Optimization
- Support onsite implementation team
- AWS Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, EC2, EFS, and S3.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Proficiency in Git, Jenkins Pipelines, Liquibase, environment upgrades, and release processes.
- Security Best Practices: Familiarity with SAST (Static Application Security Testing) and DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing).
- IaC: Proficiency in Terraform or similar IaC tools
- Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs): Knowledge of performance tuning, scalability, high availability, and performance testing.
- Observability & Monitoring: Experience with logging, metrics, and monitoring tools for system reliability and debugging.
- Programming Skills: Understanding of at least one programming language, preferably Bash or Python.
- Database Expertise: Working knowledge of Postgres, SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Agile Methodologies: Exposure to Agile methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
