This team is working with a high freedom to operate in a self-organized setup and is responsible for tackling the cybersecurity, compliance, and infrastructure challenges of the healthcare industry while enabling high-velocity product development. 

The Position

Join the DHF Product line as a DevOps Engineering Architect and become an integral part of the Analytics-IT Product team. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities and required experience:


Must to Have:

Implement DevOps architecture aligned with business and technical needs.

Design scalable and secure infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.

Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment.

Use Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.

Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Apply DevSecOps best practices and conduct compliance audits.

Set up monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Ensure high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR).

Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.

Maintain thorough documentation.

Collaborate with architects and security teams for smooth DevOps adoption.

Implement and maintain data warehouses (Redshift, Vertica, Snowflake).

Evaluate and integrate DevOps tools for efficiency.

Good to Have:

Provide training and mentorship to DevOps engineers.

Advocate for DevOps culture and foster process improvements.

Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining performance and reliability.

Act as a liaison between development, operations, and other teams.


Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation.

Expertise in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS (S3, EFS, EBS, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC)

Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Terrascan, Terragrunt.

Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS/ECS.

Security & Compliance: DevSecOps practices, IAM, KMS, security scanning, GitOps.

Monitoring & Logging: ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.

Scripting & Automation: Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go.

Proficiency with version control systems like Git.

Proven experience in designing and implementing disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) solutions.

Strong system administration experience in Linux environments.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira


DESIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

Experience in Healthcare Laboratory domain is a plus 

Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. 

Experience in developing business intelligence/analytics applications or software for multi-tenant enterprise SaaS applications is desirable 

EDUCATION 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
