We are seeking a Digital Analyst (Adobe Analytics) to drive experimentation and digital performance optimization across our digital platforms. This role will serve as a strategic partner to product teams, providing expert guidance on test design, data analysis, and program valuation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, deep technical expertise, and a passion for uncovering insights that drive business impact.
The primary responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze and report on the performance of e-commerce platforms, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor the overall health of the e-commerce business using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement and maintain best practices for digital data collection across platforms and tools.
- Conduct behavioral analysis including pre/post testing, statistical significance testing, and cohort analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to visualize key metrics and insights.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from cross-functional teams to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align analytics with business goals.
Mandatory requirements:
- Proven experience with Adobe Analytics for digital data tracking and analysis.
- Proficiency in Power BI, R, and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics methodologies, including A/B testing and cohort analysis.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Familiarity with other analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Knowledge of web tagging and data layer implementation.
