The Opportunity
We are looking for a personable and creative critical thinker to further amplify our extraordinary Digital Campaigns team! As Digital Campaign Manager, you will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our enterprise clients while maintaining exceptional business relationships through consistent support and communication. 

In this role, you will drive the campaign lifecycle with our clients from start to finish, including leading kickoff calls, collaborating with client teams to ensure campaigns are properly and effectively launched, continually managing campaign performance, and maintaining ISMG's positive relationship with the client, concluding each campaign with a presentation on our effectiveness.

As Digital Campaign Manager, you will function as the project manager for each client program, coordinating with internal and external teams to successfully execute campaigns and consistently deliver exceptional outcomes. You will continuously strive to find new and improved ways to best serve our clients by being exceptionally responsive to feedback and working closely with product teams to provide insight into how we can enhance our capabilities to produce stronger results.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Managing digital marketing campaigns for clients, from implementation to optimization, with accountability for performance and timely completion.
  • Tracking, measuring, and reporting on the campaign performance, analyzing performance data, and developing action plans to course-correct as the campaign execution unfolds.
  • Learning and developing expertise in email marketing, landing page optimization, and other digital tactics to drive engagement to client campaigns from ISMG’s digital audience.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing excellent, highly responsive customer service.
  • Editing, proofreading, and optimizing copy for promotional materials, ensuring both ISMG and client standards have been met.
  • Working effectively with a global, cross-cultural team.
  • Keeping up-to-date with current marketing and industry trends.
  • Learning and developing familiarity with the information security vendor community.

Requirements/Desired Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • 3-5 years of customer service or client-facing experience, Agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience with technology or information security marketing a plus!
  • Marketo or marketing automation experience is a benefit.
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional organization, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while on deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and client support skills with strong customer service ethics and high expectations for quality.
  • Acute detail-orientation with the ability to efficiently manage meticulous operational and administrative tasks.
  • Analytical and strategic with strong problem solving skills, able to leverage clear reasoning to identify effective solutions and professionally manage resolution.
  • Proactive and self-starter curiosity with a drive toward efficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team, interfacing with co-workers and supporting department objectives, and independently when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
