Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Adoption & Change Enablement Specialist to lead initiatives that drive the adoption and usage of our digital platforms (such as portal, mobile app as well as internal digital tools). This cross-functional role combines digital marketing, change management, and communications to ensure our employees and partners are engaged, enabled, and empowered to use our digital platforms effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner & Customer Engagement
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase usage of the partner portal and mobile app.
- Develop compelling content (emails, banners, videos, toolkits) to promote key features and updates.
- Collaborate with partner teams to gather insights and create targeted outreach strategies.
Internal Change Management
- Lead change enablement activities to drive adoption of internal digital tools (e.g., CRM, Dashboards, Automation tools).
- Identify employee pain points and develop interventions to overcome resistance to change.
- Plan and deliver engaging communication and training content tailored to user personas.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze adoption metrics across platforms and audiences.
- Create dashboards and monthly reports with actionable insights for leadership.
- Use data to continuously refine campaigns and change strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, IT, and HR teams to align efforts.
- Act as the voice of the user, bringing partner and employee feedback into platform improvement discussions.
- Support user testing, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, change management, or a communications-related role.
- Strong content creation skills — including copywriting, visual storytelling, and campaign management.
- Experience with digital tools like CRM systems, analytics platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and measure impact.
- Familiarity with digital adoption platforms, employee engagement tools, or user onboarding strategies is a plus.
Experience working in tech distribution, B2B environments, or partner ecosystems is advantageous.
