The digital platforms we leverage include the CommBank app, NetBank, CommBiz and CommBiz Mobile.Impact & Contribution:This Digital Product Owner opportunity will see you create market-leading digital experiences for our business customers, focused on digital self-service. Reporting to the Crew Lead, Business CommBank app and NetBank Crew you will lead and drive the delivery of new initiatives and broader roadmap for Business Banking on the CommBank app. You will develop new and enhance existing customer experiences, driving continuous improvement across our Digital platforms. This Squad is part of the Business CommBank app and NetBank Crew and is responsible for achieving outcomes for our business customers, solving product-agnostic customer problems through design, development and implementation of strategic change on the CommBank app, primarily focused on providing self-service pathways for our customers.Roles & Responsibilities: Advertising End Date: 30/07/2025
Job Title: Product OwnerLocation: Bangalore
- Partner with business stakeholders (Product, design, branch network, contact centre, risk, marketing, analytics) and your squad to define and deliver digital experiences that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Act as the voice of the customer and translate this for the team.
- Simplify complex customer problems into meaningful initiatives and work streams into a roadmap.
- Be accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations.
- Lead scrum teams to drive agile delivery of the product roadmap.
- Manage business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to.
- Manage the Squad’s performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking.
- Minimum Experience is 10 years
- Proven experience working across end-to-end Agile projects as a Digital Product Owner
- Proven delivery experience, and proven experience delivering into mobile apps
- Experience delivering Gen AI or Agentic AI initiatives – highly favoured
- Influential and confident stakeholder management skills; this role will see you working across risk, product, digital, technology and compliance.
- Experience in building best practice and innovative customer experiences, customer engagement and product development
- Highly analytical skills with a strong commercial acumen
- A risk management mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology
