As a member of the on-site services team, you provide technical support and operational excellence related to IT services.
How you will contribute
You will work with technology teams at global, regional and in-country levels to ensure that enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements are delivered to local markets cost effectively and with a high degree of customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you will effectively oversee the vendors performing these services for Mondelēz and work closely with the wider IT team to ensure seamless alignment and provide overall leadership for IT field services in your area who support IT infrastructure setups, namely networks, hosting, end-user computing, printing, fixed and mobile voice services. You will also work with vendors to ensure resource needs being met across the country or business unit.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITES FOR THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for managing Digital Workplace Services for all locations in Mexico in a complex environment.
Review the SLA of services delivered by different partners (Local, Regional and Global).
You will be responsible for the satisfaction of the services.
You will be responsible for creating, managing and continuously improvements in services.
You will be responsible for managing Laptops, Desktops and Tablets in Mexico, partnering with your regional and global peers
You will be responsible for managing the services:• Printing• Video Conference• Field Support• Hardware Asset Management (Managing assets)• Fixed Telephony• Mobile Telephony• Smart Hands to Network e Hosting
Interact and create a good relationship with your peers, regional and global.
You will be responsible for reviewing and approving:
Computer requests, peripherals, and requests in general.
You will be responsible for delivering all projects related to IT Digital Workplace Services locally in Mexico
You will be responsible for managing the budget of the services delivered in Mexico, seeking the optimization of the services.
THE KEY EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE:
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • MBA/Masters preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in IT and 5 years in the consumer goods industry
  • Fluent English
  • Portuguese would be a plus
  • ITIL Foundation v4 certification
  • Passionate about innovations, digital technologies and possess technical acumen to evaluate new opportunities with internal and external partners
  • Experience in digital technologies such as Nexthink, Bigfix, Active Directory, Windows Management
  • Project Management Knowledge
  • Proven track record of learning new skills proactively and applied it to business opportunities
  • Understand the impact of data and digital technologies in the context of business
  • Experience in a major CPG or parallel industry
  • Experience in design thinking preferred
  • Previous management experience
