Job Description

Your Role 

The Digital workplace lead will shape how our enterprise delivers a secure, modern, and employee-centric workplace experience. This role provides ownership of digital workplace solutions, setting global standards, and driving adoption across a complex, matrixed organization. The focus is on enabling productivity, optimizing employee sentiment, and ensuring workplace technologies align with enterprise security and compliance initiatives

  • This role will be part of the PTC IT organization based out of Pune, India.

Primary Responsibilities:

Architecture & Strategy

  • Define and own the global digital workplace architecture, establishing standards, roadmaps, and lifecycle refresh strategies.
  • Drive the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) program, leveraging platforms such as Nexthink to measure, improve, and govern employee productivity, sentiment, and service delivery.
  • Architect integration and data flows between Nexthink, ServiceNow, endpoint management platforms, and analytics tools to create unified views of employee experience and operational health.
  • Embed governance and metrics around DEX standards, including adoption, service quality, and XLAs (Experience Level Agreements).
  • Ensure architectural consistency across regions, supporting follow-the-sun delivery with global IT peers and platform owners.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Partner with ServiceNow teams to align ITSM/ITOM workflows with DEX insights, automation, and endpoint coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with platform owners across M365, Entra ID, Enterprise Architecture, InfoSec, and Endpoint Engineering to ensure architectural cohesion.
  • Drive change management and adoption of workplace solutions through clear communication, training strategies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment to deliver aligned and consistent workplace outcomes.

Technology & Automation

  • Architect endpoint management strategies across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms (Intune, SCCM, Jamf).
  • Lead automation, orchestration, and workflow integration initiatives spanning Intune, SCCM, Jamf, and ServiceNow.
  • Apply analytics and AI-driven optimization to proactively improve employee experience and IT service delivery.
  • Partner with security teams on identity, access, and endpoint compliance, embedding security-by-design into workplace architecture.

Expertise and Knowledge:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital workplace, enterprise architecture, or endpoint management. Expertise in:
  • Nexthink and ServiceNow integration for DEX visibility and automation.
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-prem Active Directory, including migration experience.
  • Intune, SCCM, and Jamf Pro for device and application management.
  • Workflow automation, orchestration, and scripting (PowerShell and beyond).
  • Experience with analytics, AI-driven optimization, and XLA frameworks.
  • Strong governance mindset with ability to define and enforce global standards and metrics.
  • Experience managing or influencing workplace change, adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and lifecycle/TCO planning.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hybrid workplace models and cloud-first strategies.
  • Knowledge of collaboration and productivity platforms (M365 ecosystem, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with ITIL and modern service management practices.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Solutions Architect, Nexthink Professional, ITIL 4, or equivalent

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital workplace, enterprise architecture, or endpoint management.
