Additionally, they reinforce Gartner’s value every day by engaging clients via in-person and virtual meetings, sales support visits, Gartner conferences and industry events.

The successful candidate is an expert in AI implementation, understanding of cloud and Networking technologies is an added advantage.

We are seeking a skilled AI Infrastructure and Networking Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is an expert with the understanding of designing, implementing, and managing AI infrastructure and networking solutions to support our client’s AI initiatives. This role involves understanding of collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI technologies into the existing infrastructure and developing strategies to optimize performance, scalability, and security. The candidate will focus on written and customer-facing deliverables aimed at the technical staff who face the challenges of improving on-premises, hybrid, and edge infrastructure especially for AI implementation.

Key areas of focus include all aspects of AI infrastructure, including application architecture, data management and distribution, security, and hardware technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to create AI Edge reference architectures for specific industry verticals such as retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and industrial. They will also have experience with the technical engineering challenges of infrastructure and networking technologies.

What you will do:

• Collaboratively write and publish analysis and positions at a regular cadence through evidence-based research.
• Create compelling, technical research on AI infrastructure, aimed at IT practitioners.
• Provide professional representation of Gartner’s brand, research, insights, and analysis to technical teams in Gartner’s client base.
• Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice aligned to their designated content area via virtual or face-to-face interactions.
• Apply personal experience and technical expertise to an array of clients, situations, and industries.
• Communicate complex concepts concisely and with authority.
• Work with Gartner Sales executives to attract, engage and retain Gartner customers.
• Proactively contribute to thought leadership and research communities.

What you will need:

• In-depth technical knowledge of building strong AI infrastructure including data ingestion & processing, networking solutions, cloud infrastructure, platforms and frameworks.
• Understanding of designing and implementation of AI infrastructure solutions, including high-performance computing environments utilizing CPUs, GPUs, and ARM processors
• Understanding of AI infrastructure components and technologies, such as Nvidia, HPE Greenlake, Dell AI offerings, and Lenovo systems
• Provide expert guidance on AI infrastructure strategies, including centralized vs. federated architectures and cloud vs. on-premises solutions.
• Knowledge of integrating AI solutions into existing network infrastructure and best practices including software-defined networks and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in designing detailed secure and efficient data flow between AI systems and other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of AI models and automation technologies, including Models adoption and process automation
• Knowledge of deployment and management of AIOps and MLOps infrastructure
• Understanding of governance and compliance frameworks for AI infrastructure
• Experience with AI Use cases and infrastructure requirements across industry verticals, including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and industrial.
• Familiarity with AI security best practices and data protection measures.
• Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions.
• Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others in a multicultural global team.
• Strong organizational skills: ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
