In this role, you will take ownership of our B2B program, driving success in the social services sector and leading expansion into new verticals. By building a high-performing team, innovating, and implementing effective systems and controls you will establish Bob’s Discount Furniture as a trusted partner for organizations nationwide. - Expertise in B2B marketing strategies, CRM digital marketing in particular.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the retail or social services sector.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of driving high double-digit sales growth and exceeding targets while optimizing expenses to drive profitability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B leadership experience, preferably in retail or social services.
- Proven track record in sales growth, B2B marketing, CRM strategy, and team leadership.
Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:
130-150k base salary + bonus target
