What We'll Bring:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivate senior leader to lead our Corporate Business Intelligence team. This role will provide architecture oversight to design and implement robust BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making across our organization. The ideal candidate will lead the development of our BI strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of our data platforms. The role involves leading a team of BI technologists and managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that BI projects are delivered on time and within budget.

What You'll Bring:

Collaborate with BI architects and BI engineers to define and implement BI architectures. • Collaborate with data governance teams to implement and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with data regulations and industry best practices. • Lead the selection and implementation of BI tools and technologies. • Ensure compliance with relevant data regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards throughout the build process. • Maintain documentation and metadata related to data assets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for future reference. Develop and guide others' work on presentations of analyses, including dashboards, reports, data visualizations, self-service platforms, slides, and talking points that synthesize insights into a story that influences senior stakeholders' decision making and drives business outcomes. • Develop and execute data strategies aligned with the project objectives, ensuring the availability and integrity of data during the construction phase. • Identify and manage data-related risks and issues, providing mitigation strategies to ensure data integrity and security. • Establishes and leverages working relationships within and across teams to ensure quality data sources, methodologies, and analytical tools and processes; driving their adoption to address business needs and deliver key insights and results. Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to understand data requirements and ensure seamless data management throughout the project lifecycle. • Continuously assess emerging BI trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Impact You'll Make:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. · 8+ years of experience in BI architecture, data warehousing, and analytics solutions. · Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. · Strong proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and ETL design. · Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). · Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Preferred Skills: · Experience in implementing self-service BI platforms. · Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards. Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Snowflake. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 16+ years of IT experience, 8 years at leadership level. • 8+ years of experience in BI architecture, data warehousing, and analytics solutions. • Understanding of data governance principles and practices. • Proficiency in data architecture, data modeling, and data integration concepts. • Knowledge of data regulations, privacy laws, and industry standards. • Project management and organizational skills. • Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Strong proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and ETL design. • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
