Job Details
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Continuously analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement; develop and present actionable solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage existing and new digital technologies and innovations, such as robotic process automation and AI automation, to enhance transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with Innomar's strategic objectives and market demands.
  • Offer strategic guidance and recommendations to leadership regarding the execution of business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work collaboratively across the enterprise and with cross-functional teams to align transformation initiatives with organizational change goals and objectives.
  • Oversee multiple transformation initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive transformation roadmap that outlines key initiatives, timelines, and resources required to achieve strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational vision.
  • Collaborate with project teams to design and implement transformational change strategies, frameworks, and methodologies, ensuring successful training, change, adoption and outcomes.
  • Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication of transformation goals, progress, and outcomes to all stakeholders, fostering buy-in and support.
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with transformation projects; develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Provide exceptional leadership in people and processes, fostering a culture of engagement, collaboration, innovation and continuous talent development within a high-performance work environment.
  • Lead and manage teams effectively, demonstrating strong people management skills and the ability to cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and high-engagement work environment.

Experience and Educational Requirements:
  • Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business transformation, change management, or related fields, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of reimbursement and patient assistance programs, including database elements and functionality, as well as operational policies and processes.
  • Knowledge of contact center operations and programs is an asset.
  • Ability to understand industry trends, organizational direction, and the strategic impact of key initiatives on business performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team culture.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • Experience with Lean-Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is an asset.
  • Strong project management and operational expertise, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently resolve associate issues and challenges as they arise.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driving change and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Ability to unify cross-functional stakeholders and demonstrate non-authoritative leadership to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on data-driven insights.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying complex data and insights to various audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies that support business transformation initiatives, including data analytics platforms, project management software, and communication tools.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • A strong inclination toward innovation, with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.

  • Strong Operational knowledge
  • Exceptional project management skills with experience in organizing, planning and executing projects from vision through implementation
  • Good Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated track record in new concept development for various projects
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks along a parallel process
  • Strong Decision-making capabilities
  • Critical thinking skills, creative and innovative solutions to internal or external client needs
  • Strong industry and company business knowledge
  • Strategic thinker with long term planning experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and in both French and English
  • Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, be able to develop and grow talent
  • Strong organization agility, and the ability to to manage teams through change and lead by example
  • Computer proficiently and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong business acumen
