Own the strategy, engineering, and 24×7 operations for India infrastructure platforms, delivering best‑in‑class, highly available, secure, and compliant services to internal product teams and external clients.
Champion DevOps, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, automation, and a data‑driven culture while scaling services in a regulated environment and optimizing cost, performance, and risk.
Impact You'll Make:
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the regional Infrastructure strategy aligned to product and business goals; operate within a global matrix and contribute to regional/global technology forums and Centers of Excellence.
- Champion DevOps and CI/CD across infra and app teams; embed Infrastructure‑as‑Code for consistent, repeatable environments.
Service Operations & Reliability
- Ensure 24/7 service operations and best‑in‑class incident/problem/change management to contracted SLAs; foster a proactive, metrics‑driven approach to availability, performance, and capacity. Align service operations to TU global standards.
- Oversee application and infrastructure support, including robust monitoring, alerting, and SRE‑style practices that reduce toil and drive continuous improvement.
Engineering, Cloud & Platforms
- Lead engineering for data centers, networks, compute, storage and databases ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Promote automation, configuration management, and platform standardization to accelerate delivery and improve reliability.
Risk, Security & Compliance
- Drive risk management, with strong information/cyber security awareness baked into design and operations; maintain audit‑ready controls and evidence.
- Ensure compliance with financial‑industry/regulated requirements and internal policies, own configuration, asset, and capacity management.
