About the Role
The Quality Assurance Engineer Director directs the activities of a software quality assurance central function for Business Technology. They develop quality standards for Business technology team and oversees the development and execution of software test plans and analysis of test results. The Quality Assurance Engineer Director also provides guidance in the preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages and systems, computational software, and related technology.
About You
Basic Qualifications
-
18+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or business analysis, Lifecycle of QA, Agile methodology, expertise on DevOps, Managed systems testing, integration testing
-
10+ years managing a quality assurance team.

12+ years of experience with XSLT, REST API, Web Service, Workday/Salesforce, Tricentis/Tosca
-
12+ years in Software Quality Engineering, Test Automation or Development
Other Qualifications

Excellent communication skills

Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.

Ability to pick up new technologies

Working knowledge of G-suite, Outlook, Excel, MS word and Powerpoint
