Job responsibilities
- Build AI enabled consumer centric and business use-case products using LLMs, RAG, and Agents
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for LLM-based agent development and AI marketplace capabilities
- Drive the transformation from traditional analytics to augmented agentic analytics, establishing new paradigms for human-AI collaboration
- Build robust agent orchestration systems that can handle complex multi-step financial workflows and decision-making processes
- Influences leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams
- Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that are leveraged across teams and functions.
- Drives the adoption of AI technologies to enhance software capabilities and improve user experience
- Develops innovative AI/ML solutions using Generative AI techniques and utilizing public cloud architecture and modern standards, specifically with AWS, Azure using both commercial and open source models
- Drive Firm wide initiatives by developing large-scale frameworks to accelerate the application of machine learning models across different areas of the business
- Champions the firm's culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Extensive experience in enterprise programming, with a strong understanding of technology and development principles.
- Proficiency in modern cloud platforms, particularly AWS, with experience in designing and managing scalable cloud-based solutions.
- Scalable AI Model Deployment -end-to-end ML model lifecycle management, optimizing training, inference, and monitoring for large-scale AI applications.
- Generative AI & LLM Infrastructure - knowledge of AI ecosystems for LLMs (GPT, OpenAI), optimizing data ingestion, model scaling, and performance tuning.
- Advanced knowledge of software application development and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, Generative AI etc.)
- Solid background in NLP, LLM and graph analytics and hands-on experience and solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning methods
- Extensive experience with machine learning and deep learning toolkits (e.g.: TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas)
- Ability to present and effectively communicate with Senior Leaders and Executives and understanding of the business
- Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior experience in the financial industry, with an understanding of regulatory requirements and industry-specific challenges.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to achieve project goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Previous experience at a fintech company, major bank, or financial services technology provider
