With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. Primary Responsibilities:

• The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps
• Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method
• These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery
• Lead, direct People leaders, senior Architects and oversee 3 to 4 scrum teams
• Extreme collaboration with Global stake holders and leadership team actively drive the committed program deliverables with effective risk management
• Solid mentorship and build competence with solid focus on AI persona mindset and execute on cost and productivity targets
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members in architecture, designing and implementation
• Work with team and introduce new coding and code review guidelines, as needed, to ensure that team is always producing very high-quality code
• Mentor team in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues as and when needed
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices and implement them in the product to improve the overall product efficiency and performance
• Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance and direction through multiple layers of management and senior level professional staff
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 14 to 20 years of experience in developing software products primarily using Java as a programming language
• Expert in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and practices and a hands on coder
• Good experience in Frameworks like Spring (Model-View-Controller/Inverse of Control/Aspect-Oriented Programming) and ORM as Hibernate
• Experience in working on AI technologies like: LLM Models, Co-Pilot, GenAI/Prompt Engineering
• SQL knowledge preferably with Oracle as Database
• Demonstrated ability to develop high and low-level design
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams
• Proven excellent problem solving and debugging skills
• Proven solid technical leader who can architect and deliver a highly configurable, scalable, and AI driven solution that transforms the way the product currently operates
