The role requires a dynamic and experienced incumbent to lead the region’s recruitment strategy and operations. In this leadership role, the incumbent will develop scalable hiring strategies, manage a high-performing talent acquisition team and supplier ecosystem, and ensure that we consistently attract and hire top talent to drive our business forward.
The role also requires the incumbent to shape the employer brand, enhance candidate experience, and drive innovation across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to the regions.
• Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.
• Partner with HR and other CoE organizations to ensure a well-aligned approach to hiring best-in-class talent.
• Drive globally defined metrics and processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Enable a supplier ecosystem to drive delivery and cost efficiencies for the organization and business verticals.
• Be proactive and curate programs aligned to the region’s business priorities with regard to the talent agenda.
• Lead and execute inclusion initiatives.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve processes
YOU MUST HAVE
• Extensive experience in talent acquisition leadership, preferably within India.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing recruitment teams.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools.
• In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.
