About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and problem-solving Senior Data Scientist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, data analysis, and Python-based development. You will work on building scalable predictive models, extracting actionable insights from complex datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real-world business problems.
This role requires someone who can own the complete machine learning lifecycle—from data exploration and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design, develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and AI models for business use cases.
- Build predictive models using regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems, and forecasting techniques.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Develop scalable data pipelines and automate model workflows.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Deploy machine learning models into production using APIs or MLOps practices.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Present technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Pandas
- NumPy
- Scikit-learn
- TensorFlow or PyTorch (preferred)
- Strong SQL skills with experience in handling large datasets.
- Solid understanding of:
- Machine Learning algorithms
- Statistics
- Probability
- Feature Engineering
- Model Evaluation techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools such as:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Matplotlib
- Seaborn
- Experience deploying ML models using Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and MLOps concepts is preferred.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
