As a Vice President in the Document & Data Management, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and optimize our document lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise workflows and data storage solutions. You will bring your deep expertise in document preparation, management, storage, and metadata governance to our team, and your proven track record of managing high-performing teams will be invaluable in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance document preparation, organization, and lifecycle management across the enterprise.
- Develop and implement scalable document storage strategies, ensuring security, accessibility, and compliance.
- Establish and govern metadata management frameworks to optimize document classification, retrieval, and governance.
- Integrate document workflows with business processes, automation tools, and enterprise systems to drive operational efficiency.
- Design and oversee data storage solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align document and data management strategies with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and best practices.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 10+ years of experience in document management, data storage, and workflow integration within a complex enterprise environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10-15 professionals in document and data governance functions.
- Strong knowledge of metadata management, document security, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, and cloud-based document storage solutions.
- Excellent strategic planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience working with large-scale document repositories and data governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI-driven document processing and automation technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
