As a Drilling Services Tender Manager, you will be responsible to to prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Leads the development of business plans for a specific product or product line.
As a Drilling Services Tender Manager, you will be responsible for
- Reviewing tender documents, identifying requirements, and ensuring compliance with client specifications.
- Leading the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders, proposals, and bids within deadlines
- Working with finance and commercial teams to develop competitive pricing strategies
- Analyzing cost structures and prepare detailed cost breakdowns for bids.
- Ensuring pricing aligns with company profitability targets and market competitiveness.
- Identifying and assess risks associated with tender submissions.
- Facilitating tender review meetings and ensure alignment across departments.

To be successful in this role you will :
- Have a Graduation with 5 plus years of relevant experience in Proposals
- Have experience in drilling function
- Have prior experience in commercials, tenders and proposals
- Have experience in end-to-end tendering process and have knowledge of cost model
- Have Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Positive attitude to embrace change and see challenge as opportunity
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
