Required Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
10 + years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service development
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot or AI-driven features
Strong understanding of Dataverse, security models, case management, SLAs, and queues
Experience with Power Platform and Azure integrations
Nice to Have
Experience with Omnichannel for Customer Service
Familiarity with Azure OpenAI or AI services
Experience in Agile product‑based delivery teams
Additional Microsoft certifications (Power Platform / Azure)
Enterprise-scale implementation experience
