Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Project Manager to oversee and break down large-scale tasks into smaller, manageable pieces, delegating them effectively to the appropriate teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project success. With several years of experience either in an agency or aggregator environment, you will play a pivotal role in driving e-commerce initiatives to completion by working closely with executives and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Break down large tasks and projects into smaller, actionable steps and assign them to the correct teams for execution.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring clarity and alignment between stakeholders, executives, and teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust timelines, resources, and workflows as necessary to keep tasks on track.
  • Coordinate with different departments (e.g., marketing, design, operations) to ensure each team understands their role and responsibilities.
  • Resolve issues and blockers that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless workflow.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and executives on the progress of e-commerce projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with company objectives and strategy.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience managing e-commerce projects, either in an agency setting, assisting with customer projects, or within an aggregator, supporting executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to break down complex tasks into manageable steps and delegate them effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring multiple projects are managed simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) to create detailed task lists and track progress.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce business models, platforms, and workflows.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing projects in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce) and marketplace management.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar.
