Project Management (PM) comprises project management for execution of cross-functional / geographical projects and programs from initiation to completion. Covers determination of project / program goals and support of business objectives and strategies. Ensures projects / programs achieve their targets, keep their schedule, and maintain estimated cost, time, and quality within planned scope. Covers management of risks that affect the delivery of project outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies using Nokia PM standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Track and report project progress, KPIs, and financials
- Ensure compliance with Nokia governance, quality, security, and risk requirements
- Manage third-party vendors and partners
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of project management experience
- Proven delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Expereince with Project planning and execution, Risk and issue management, Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
Nice-To-Have:
- PMP or Agile certification
- Experience in IT, cloud, infrastructure, or network programs
- Global project experience
